The dairy facility primarily serves the Czech and Slovak markets. The product portfolio is complemented by goods from reputable European food producers, processed under strict quality control criteria and guaranteed brand standards. Sales are conducted mainly through retail chains in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Key customers include Penny Market, Lidl, Kaufland, Makro, Globus, COOP and Norma. An important part of sales is also directed to independent local retailers and the gastronomy segment.

Thanks to its own dairy production facility, LAKTOS ranks among the most significant suppliers of dairy commodities on the Czech market, including butter, Edam, Emmental and curd. Distribution and storage are ensured by the logistics company Nagel Czech Republic.
