We are proud to introduce to you our modern, fast growing production dairy facility located in two independent venues in Krasna Hora nad Vltavou, in the heart of pure nature of Southern Bohemia. Every day we collect the best milk from the local farmers and other ingredients to provide the best products on-time, with outstanding freshness and top quality for our consumers’ markets.
The dairy facility serves mainly the Czech and Slovak markets. The offer is complemented by products of reputable food producers in Europe, processed under the strict criteria of our quality control, and guaranteed brand standards. Sales of products are conducted mainly in retail stores in Czech Republic and Slovakia. Top customers include Penny Market, Lidl, Kaufland, Makro, Globus, COOP and Norma. An important part of sales is provided into the independent local retailers and gastronomy segment.Using the benefit of our own dairy facility, LAKTOS ranks among the most important sellers of dairy commodities on the Czech market (butter, Edam, Emmental, curd, etc.). Distribution and storage of products is arranged by the logistics company Nagel Czech Republic.

In 2021-22, the following projects were implemented to modernize the lactose a dairy plant.s..
Modernization of Krásná Hora IV dairy plant
The project of modernization of Krásná Hora IV dairy includes purchase and installation of technological equipment of both premises of Laktos, a.s.s. in Krásná Hora nad Vltavou in the příbram district. In the dairy, located on the outskirts of the village Krásná Hora nad Vltavou No. 279, a line for the production and packaging of sliced cheese, equipment for pre-purification of whey, scales for weighing products, label printer, marking equipment, label applicator, rotary table, equipment of the operating laboratory, plastic pallets and boxes, equipment for shoe cleaning in production, security camera system, storage shelves, stainless steel carts. On The Plot No. 189/36, located in the immediate vicinity of the existing plant – Dairy, a water treatment line was implemented. Storage racks, chemical storage tanks, a hand pallet truck and a security camera system were taken to the storage hall. In the smelter, located on The Square in Krásná Hora nad Vltavou No. 125, there is a stainless steel set of production equipment, marking equipment, storage racks, a stainless steel palletizing trolley, a manual electric palletizing trolley and two manual palletizing trolleys. Cooling technology, including building modifications of storage areas and the acquisition of a low-lift palletizing truck was realized in the storage hall located in the smelter area. The partial objective of the project is also the partial modernization of the company shop in the smelter building, where the cooling showcase was purchased.
Modernization of processing operations
The project of modernization of the processing plant includes the purchase and installation of technological equipment of both premises of the company Laktos, a.s. in Krásná Hora nad Vltavou in the příbram district. The dairy, located on the outskirts of the village Krásná Hora nad Vltavou No. 279, was purchased equipment for automatic cleaning of Vans, equipment for preheating milk, a vacuum packaging machine, a container for chemicals, a chest freezer for storing products, two palletizing trolleys, scales for weighing products, equipment for the operational laboratory and a stainless steel set of production equipment. In the smelter, located on The Square in Krásná Hora nad Vltavou No. 125, it was about the acquisition of equipment for shoe cleaning in production, a chest freezer for storing products and a palletizing trolley.
